Mira - I'm going to Norway!!!

Life is good. Very good. ;)

The BSSM missions staff just informed me which missions trip I'm to go on: Bergen, Norway! The trip will be early next year. (I bet it will be pretty cold. brrrrr) It's a real privilege, because only 15 people were chosen for this trip. I was surprised I didn't get Tijuana, Mexico. There are over 300 student slots on that one. I like Norway better though, myself. lol The trip costs around $2000. Wow, that's alot of money! But hey, God's gotten me this far. Speaking of finances:

  • I got a job! My old boss called and said the company needs me, so I'm going to be doing some work for them online.
  • Someone anonomously gave $200 this week!
  • The church raised over $1000 for me this week, which means I have enough to pay off tuition and pay a couple months of rent.
  • Someone offered to let me use their frequent-flyer miles, so I'll probably be able to come home for Christmas.
Yay God! Money? Pshaw. It's a piece of cake with God. ;) If He got me on the Norway trip (when there was a 99% chance of it being Tujuana or another place with more people slots) than I'm sure He'll provide the moolah to get there. He seems to like waiting until the last minute with me, but I guess He's just teaching me to trust Him.

I miss everybody so crazy much! I'm sending a package home with one of the people that's coming to visit this week. Just some books that I read that I think Mom and Falco and probably Dad would like, a birthday gift for Rosie (yep, it's late, I know, but you don't mind getting presents do you? lol), and some other random stuff.

Well, I gotta get back to studying. Ta ta for now. :)
